GOD, GET US TO ROMANIA Is about a missionary family with six small children, 21 pieces of luggage, five trains and one calamity after another from West Europe to Romania. Scheduled to be filmed in mid-Sept. till the first week of Oct. 2022. in Washington State. Help us pray and be apart of a faith film that will be a light for Jesus Christ and the gospel. Pray please for the following: God will be glorified, good cinematographers, locations, actors and that they will know their parts.

Based on a true story about a young man who reluctantly enters the navy and becomes a diver to please his father, but later finds himself in the most dangerous spy mission of the Cold War. Though he had trusted Christ for salvation he still wanted to decide on what to do with his life and making the dive had become an idol to him. Only eight out of 21 divers would make the dives, and they were jockeying for a chance to be chosen. US Navy Saturation Divers on a nuclear submarine in Soviet Territorial Waters on the Mount Everest of spy missions. If you like espionage, adventure, history, diving, and good old-fashioned American bravado, you will enjoy this film.

Garry Matheny director of Clear Light was a US Navy Saturation Diver on the nuclear submarine USS Halibut SSN 587 and received the Legion of Merit for a special operation. He graduated from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in 1979. Since 1991 he and his wife, Nancy, have served as missionaries in Romania and started three churches which are self-supporting.
